This is the shorter version of the Catholic Oath. It can be used on a daily basis.

I, NN, do utterly testify and declare in my conscience and profess with my heart that the Divine Majesty of Our Sacred Lord Jesus Christ is the only Supreme and Catholic Emperor, King, Prince and Governor of this [name of country], and of all other His Divine Majesty's dominions and countries, that is to say, of the whole world and its peoples, and of Heaven above with its Angels and Saints, of Purgatory and the Holy Souls, and of Hell below with its damned and the devils, and of this family and of my person.
